Telehealth Services are part of the Service under these Terms of Service. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, Mobile App, or any other aspect of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Telehealth AuthorizationTelehealth Services (as defined below) include the delivery of health care services using electronic communications, information technology or other means between a health care provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telehealth may be used for performing patient assessments, providing care, and providing information about patient test results and patient education, including but not limited to (i) electronic transmission of medical records, photo images, personal health information, or other data between a patient and healthcare provider; and (ii) interactions between a patient and health care provider via audio, video, and/or data communications. While the provision of health care services, including using teleheal
